Just a fyi, and not sure how the IBM MQ is licensed, but make sure you 
understand Oracle licensing for this prod as like the Oracle DB products, 
it is per core based and extremely expensive. 

Weblogic Enterprise Server list is $45,000/core with $9k annual support
(on all platforms)
