I still have the ability to remember things for more than a few hours. :)

I'm certainly more in-sync with the people in this group.  I'm happy to do
what I can with the resources we have.  However, I doubt that VSI has the
authority to simply give away ECOs to Hobbyists contrary to HP's policies.
All that fine print is above my paygrade and I'll managers discuss it via
email and phone calls.
