In production, and some other areas, yeah, I'll agree, time does matter.
Then there is me, who still hasn't done the DST change yet. I've gone
whole summers without doing it.
Editor still works.
Compiler still works.
Linker still works.
It really depends ....
Oh, yeah, at my age, I probably got that to look forward to also :-(
