That's funny. People are against using modern non-standard (at least in
the opinions of people here) media but expected them to post it on
something as obsolete asd USENET a media outlet for dinosaurs.

And they are ancient history. If it is expected (and desired) that VMS
continue into the future, don;t you think it should use the methods that
are accepted today rather than a system used for preaching to the choir?

Spoken like a true dinosaur. I know hiow much people here hate the term
"legacy", especially when used inthe same sentence as VMS but USENET is
LEGACY. Twitter and Facebook and LinkedIN are todays technology.

Attitude check. I, personally, don't place nearly so much value on
myself. I doubt VSI cares about me personally and I am not surprised
or hurt by that.
Oh, and by the way, Yes, I do LinkedIN. I do not do Twitter at all and
I don;t "follow" or "Like" anything on Facebook. But then, I'm a dinosaur,
too. Just ask my grandson. :-)
