Yeah; the new "64-bit desktop" and HTML5 browser will fully render 
H.264-compatible video using ISO/IEC 6429 display rendering, with 
proper ECMA-6, X3.64 and ECMA-48 subset support for display 
compatibility.

BTW as was discussed here before, and that 64-bit desktop reference in 
the roadmap was to the availability of an Availability Manager client 
for Microsoft Windows 64-bit, and not to anything related to OpenVMS.
