ISBN-13: 007-6092003038
ISBN-10: 0131510517

I have been doing this for over 30 years and still have the 2nd, 3rd and
4th editions of these (2nd autographed by all the authors!)and refer to
it all the time when I run into something I forgot or have never had to
do in the past.
