If you go into "nosey" mode, you need to look at time differences
between every log line in the DATA phase to see if there are periods of
long delay between 2 logged lines while initially it flows very quickly.

But to debug TCP flow control, Wireshark is your best friend. You may be
able to log the transaction from your router to USB key and then laod
that into Wireshark.

In my casesk my old switch has a "PORT MONITOR" command which allows one
port to monitor traffic coming/going to another port. So my desktop can
capture traffic from server to router/internet for instance.
