Seriously?  Great news.

So much is done with a web browser these days that it would be strange 
for VMS not to have a reasonably good web browser.

I never could understand the argument "but I've got a browser on another 
system".  Taking that to an extreme, VMS might run one application, the 
browser would be on another system, the newsreader on another one, the 
email client on another, compiler(s) on another, web server on another, 
with files transferred somehow between them if needed.  Why?  It is so 
much better to have everything on one system.
