1) That's out of context. I meant I would not use C for applications.
2) Now, if any language, including basic, had a version that could be
used for OS type of work, then by definition, it could be used for
kernel mode work.
3) I'm willing to bet there are versions of C that are also not
applicable for kernel mode work ....
