What time do you see from the console (ie in the NVRAM/TOY) of the
allegedly wrong system, prior to attempting to boot VMS?
What timestamp does VMS show on the console early in booting?
What time does VMS show once startup appears to have completed? Is this
time consistent with the time prior to booting VMS?
Has startup *actually* completed ie have all command procedures
completed as expected, or have there been failures which may be relevant
here (NB the audience is the judge of what may be relevant :))?
