[Info-vax] bizarre problem with system time (not DST)

OK, now on DST here.  All the bootservers, both 8.4 and 7.3-2, rolled 
over automatically.

When booting the satellite today, the console said "invalid date or
time".  I haven't seen that before.  I let it time out rather than enter
a time as prompted (since yesterday the booting didn't take too long, I
assume it didn't wait) and then it went to the correct (DST) time, the 
same as on the other nodes, and retained this after the startup.

If the battery is flat then the system prompts for the time, at least on 
a bootserver, but doesn't say "invalid date or time".

Next time, I won't upgrade near a time change!

I'll see what happens on the next boot.  If it asks for a time, I'll 
enter the correct time and see what happens.
