If the file is not permanently open, you can do /LOG without /IGN=INTERL
and parse the output. Then, go back and try those again which weren't
backed up because they were open. Repeat as often as necessary.
There are also cases where the file is open, but you know that nothing
happens during the backup. Then, and only then, should you expect a
consistent backup from /IGN=INTERL.
