This could be an HP-centric announcement about how paying for HP support
will once again include new versions.  Remember that HP had previously
announced no more new versions of VMS.

Since 8.4 1H1 enables VMS on servers that have been on market for some
time, the "technoloogy" aspect isn't exactly new.
