I clicked on the URL that was in *your* reply, and it lead me to the
"Important Technology announcement".

I use Thunderbird.


I suspect the ridiculous URL is due to this being a web version of
emails that were sent to some people with a "click here if you are smart
and don't allow your email client to render HTML".
