It looks like the big money that she got from the HP buy-out of Compaq wasn't enough for her.  IIRC she was paid a ridiculous amount if she stayed at least two years and Capellas got an equally ridiculous amount for staying 12 months.  When I say ridiculous I *think* it was in the order of $100 million, but my recollection is vague.
