Right, but I think that that wasn't the issue here; you said it worked 
for ALPHA but not for Itanium.

There is only one SYS$SPECIFIC on the ALPHA .ISO.

However, I copied the FILE XXX.ISO to a DISK.  This is not the same as 
copying [...]*.* tp [...].
