[Info-vax] Removing the leading $ from commands in a new DCL language

Aren't the DECK and EOD verbs in DCL available to handle that situation?
Besides there's DECK/DOLLAR too.
That combination served me well and though the merits of DCL scripts 
without a leading $ are clear, I'd rather not get confused... (old age
kicking in?).
