And it posed an interesting constitutional dilema. A president isn't limited to two terms, they are limited to two consecutive terms.

IF the Koch brothers could ever find two people willing to trade, one could be VP this term and Pres next, then swap and run again, thus staying in office for life. The Koch bothers would then have their Utopia. An America which exists only for the upper 1% of the upper 1% and everybody else is an enslaved peasant.
