[Info-vax] OpenVMS in the future, Open sourced or Closed? Intent is to keep it...

While I saw nothing wrong with RSTS/E and the BASIC+ CLI I usually used
DCL as mine.

I'm still waiting for someone to let me have the source (and permission)
to do my port of RSTS/E to the x86-64.  Why should VMS be the only one
to get the glory.  :-)
