The is the biggest advantage of self contained documents such as .PDF
which also include the images/graphs/record layouts.

Alternatively, a .zip of the .HTML files could also allow a customer to
replicate the documentation locally so it can be accessed when internet
is down or in sites that are not connected to internet on puprpose.
