But you want the NSA to get a copy of VMS distribution. Maybe they will
install their copy and try it oiut, like it and deploy it in their HUGE
massive data centres and bring VSI billions in revenues :-)

What percentage of servers these days have a DVD drive vs USB ports ?

*IF* DVD drives in servers are going away, then VSI should perhaps focus
on USB keys as distribution medium for those who want physical medium.
Unless, of course VSI intends to resurrect the TK50 :-)

Booting from USB should be supported anyways since someone may download
VMS kit onto a desktop and easiest way is to copy it to USB key, and
plug it into server and install from it.
