NSA sees you download VMS documentation. They know you run VMS and will
then try their VMS hacks to undermine your site so they can peek into
your systems.

You should be aware that they did that to Airbus BTW in order to spy on
them to give info to Boeing. (VMS likely not involved, but they do
industrial espionage). In Canada, CSE (formerly CSEC) has those the same
to Embraer in Brasil (competitor to Canada's Bombardier).
