There are electronic versions of everything but we have always included some hardcopy in the box to make sure the customer didn't miss anything we believed essential or we knew they wanted.

Digital built the Andover facility in, I think, the mid-80s. When HP closed big places like Nashua, NH and Marlboro, MA, Andover is where most non-teleworkers landed.
