Not yet.  Within a cluster, it is not needed.  Since I have just one 
cluster at home, and no DECnet path to the outside world, I really have 
no use for it.

I do plan to get it up, after everything is 8.4 and all essential stuff 
works.  I still run the OSU server without it, but I'm sure it will be 
better with DECnet.

LAT works.  Cluster works.  Everything else on the network works.  This 
works most of the time.
