Hardware or software support?   The following (mostly) assumes software.

Not sure where you're going, here.   Yes, there are versions available, 
used.   Current products are the i2 (ending this year) and i4 series 
servers.  If you're referring to firmware versions for these old boxes, 
that firmware is available from HP when you have a hardware support 
contract or other agreement in place.  Firmware is not available for 
general download, AFAIK.

Yes.  From HP and other folks.

See HP for <http://www.hp.com/go/openvms/roadmap> or contact HP for 
details of V8.4 and prior, or contact VSI <http://www.vmssoftware.com/> 
for their opinion of and plans for these servers on their V8.4-1H1 and 
later (as available) releases.

Current.   V8.4.  Probably V8.4-1H1, as that becomes formally available 
and VSI extends the testing support.
