[Info-vax] Container files are set to grow in importance on the IT road ahead

With VMS, you can set up logical names to do a lot of work of 
containers.  Need non-privileged users to be able to pretend to write to 
sys$sysroot:?

Add a tap interface to add IP addresses or NAT off of the network port, 
and you can set up a lightweight container.

You can set up logical names to compile and link applications off older 
or even newer versions of the VMS operating system.

A lot of the stuff people are using containers for, has been built into 
VMS for a long time.
