I'm pretty sure he means an Alpha emulator that runs on OS X. As opposed
to targeting Windows or Linux (or BSD) as all of the commercial
emulators do. I would be interested in such a thing too, but I don't
think there are any. There is the unfinished ES40 emulator on
SourceForge, which I think some commercial emulators may have used as
their starting point, but my impression is that's more of an emulator
construction kit with parts missing.

When OpenVMS x64 is running under VirtualBox on whatever x64 machine one
has handy, that will be very nice, but yes, it's a year or three away.
