[Info-vax] stumped by SSH

SSH is very picky about protections. At least for multinet, your ssh2
folder needs to have these protections:
dir/sec ssh2
Directory SYS$SYSROOT:[SYSMGR]
SSH2.DIR;1 1KB/8KB (RWD,RWD,,)
Total of 1 file, 1KB/8KB
