I found a few of the assemblies on Ebay, but the cost was a bit much.  I tracked down the manufacturer of the actual fan (not the entire assembly) and purchased a number of the fans.  I needed to attach the connectors to the wires though.  You need the 3-wire fan that will report the fan speed.  I have seen similar fans that only have 2-wires.  These will NOT work.  The system will state a fan problem because it cannot detect the fan spinning.  I dont have the details handy at the moment, but I can look them up later.  I seem to recall that the fans themselves were $2-$4 each.
