The two examples I linke to are huge because they're
comprehensive and they work. Like VMS in general.

The piece of those two that's most relevant to your problem  
(sucessfully entering PAKs) is a tiny part of it.

The piece that people here need from you - what *exactly* it is
that you're doing, and what *exactly* happens when you try it,
isn't here yet.
