I can personally vouch for Neil at ktech. He knows his Vax and Alpha stuff like the back of his hand, having been a former Digital Tech and I believe oversaw the Australasia service region. He has an uncanny knack for knowing weird and wonderful stuff in his head like switch settings on certain system boards etc. His philosophy is 'The weirder the equipment the more challenging". He's serviced and supplied a number of our systems, even performed work that HP declined on. ktech also provided Alpha gear to HP. They will supply gear with warranties and will do service contracts as well I believe
