I don't agree with this. At least I don't think I do. I have no idea what a
container or logical disk file is so maybe I'm wrong.
That said, if anybody knows less about VMS than I do I can't imagine who it
might be. If I can cut and paste PAKs in a new SIMH VMS install anybody
can. There is really no problem here. Really there isn't.
