OK. I installed LXDE desktop. I did a simple thing. Opened one window and 
then one with linux root. Ran simh which gave a choice of languages I guess 
when open in a window. Copy and pasted the license PAKs to the root linux 
windows and the license SLOWLY printed out on the window. If I would've 
thought about it. I would have pasted under create pak.com and then ^Z and 
run the command file manually. It took so long to print all licenses out.

    I am keeping this copy for a fully active VMS. I work with as learning 
VMS. But I'm going to make another copy and manually load a couple of 
licenses! And then get the network going! Then use telnet or ftp to lload 
the PAK! And have all kinds of "Hobbyist" fun. :)

    Indeed copy and paste is the simplist way. Not very fast, but easy.
