Well, technically, Finland is not part of Scandinavia.

At least a few years ago, IKEA ran VMS and Rdb on Itanium. Probably
still do. One company, but many installations. A cluster in each
store, IIRC, and of course much more in the data centre. I think the
country of Sweden itself is a big VMS user. Then there are the usual
banks, stock exchanges, phone companies, and so on. Maybe not as much
VMS as it used to be, but there is some still around.
My guess is that it is a few (100?) relatively big customers with lots
and lots (thousands each?) systems.
