   Yes, but...  If you start with an official paper PAK, then
VMSLICENSE.COM is relatively simple to use.  If you start
with the hobbyist DCL script, then it may not be obvious
which date is which, or which of "Availability Table Code"
and "Activity Table Code" is the thing to specify, and so on. 
The LICENSE REGISTER qualifiers and the questions asked by
VMSLICENSE.COM resemble each other, but only vaguely.

   I thought of that, too.  I believe that they dropped what
VMS support they had some years ago.
