[Info-vax] Suppress blank lines added by HP SSH?

When I issue a command via SSH, on TCP/IP 5.7 ECO 5 on OpenVMS/IA64 8.4, 
some blank lines are added.

Does anyone know any way to stop SSH from adding those lines?

The Jenkins SSH slave launcher will not accept them and reports them as 
junk text.

LION> ssh lion show default

         LION Unauthorized Access Prohibited

Authentication successful.


   USER_ROOT:[JENKINS]


LION> tcpip show version

   HP TCP/IP Services for OpenVMS Industry Standard 64 Version V5.7 - ECO 5
   on an HP rx2600  (1.50GHz/6.0MB) running OpenVMS V8.4
