   No, that's from the PCSI product kit, "*.PCSI*".  Which I
assume you don't have.

   I don't know what you already have, and I don't know
what's on a recent Hobbyist VAX CD image.  What I have on a
March 2003 Software Products Library CD-ROM set is a choice
between "Compaq TCP/IP Services for OpenVMS Version 5.3" in
the [UCX053] directory, and an older one, "DIGITAL TCP/IP
Services for OpenVMS Version 4.2" in the [UCX042] directory.
My notes suggest that my latest VAX stuff would be VMS V7.3
with TCPIP V5.3 - ECO 4, so I'd guess that you're looking for
files named "*UCX053*.*" (or similar), and I'd expect that
kit to be (somewhere) on the VMS kit CD.

   Otherwise, the e-mail message with the PAKs should have
included an invitation to send an e-mail request to the
fellow who can supply the credentials needed for [S]FTP/HTTPS
access to the product kits.

   The Software Products Library is/was a CD-ROM (later,
DVD-ROM) set, which included many product kits.  A product
kit is the set of files needed to install a product,
typically including relevant documentation.  This could be a
.zip archive or a set of loose files.  The loose files could
include VMSINSTAL save sets (xxx.A, xxx.B, ...) or a PCSI
(v-w-x-y--z.PCSI*) kit.

   DECnet (of either version) is generally independent of IP
networking.  If you have one VMS system, DECnet may be of
little use to you.

    Ok I will chek into the PCSI thing. I guress it's free and maybe the guy 
that let me get opemvms73.iso has it. That's the only file I got.
