[Info-vax] OT: HP Entreprises Lobbying

Hewlett Packard Entreprise has started some lobbying effor on behalf of
its customer Bell Canada.

Here is their letter to the minister:

I mention this because it is first time I see their letterhead, and find
it interesting that they got strongarmed by bell to write the letter.

HPE claims it has 4000 employees in Canada.


On the bright side: HPE did not use the Bell form letters supplied to
other suppliers, and did not CC a nuber of people who weren't meant to
receive a copy. (tell tale sign of whom Bell strongarmed into writing in
its support).


Also interesting: letterhead is for corporate HPE, not a Canadian
subsidiary of HPE. I wonder how that works. (if they have 400 employees,
in canada, they shoudl have a canadian siubsidiary for tax purposes etc).
