Post the full model number(s) and firmware version(s). In addition to the usual things:

  o Forgetting to create any needed volumes/mappings on the controller
  o Forgetting to have SYSMAN configure them

there is also:

  o Drives intended for some OEM storage system which uses a non-standard sector size

The model and firmware info should be enough to tell if they are OEM or not.
