[Info-vax] How do I make zip, unzip etc. available to all users?

Charming and perfectly fine IMHO.

That is a really good management philosophy. I like it. In a production
system it prevents a lot of problems from ever happening in the first
place. I think the value extends to a hobbyist system to. Anything worth
doing is worth doing right.

I'll look at creating some place for global executables. Thanks for the
perspective, the reminder, and a good suggestion!
