AFAIK, nope.   Looks like an OB1 error somewhere.

But you can set bit 1 in the DCL_CTLFLAGS system parameter for your 
next login — it's dynamic, but DCL doesn't seem to read that except at 
login — to increase the limit; to 4,000 character tokens.
