Two things are of note here regarding this posting:

1) There is a requirement for experience in RXexpress.
2) Security clearance is also required.

Both of these will narrow down the numbers of potential contractors.  I inquired about this from a previous listing that did not specify clearance and without specific documented experience with RXexpress, they did not even want to talk.  I have had exposure to RXexpress, but am not an expert by any means and they were not interested.  Granted this was almost a year ago, but 35+ years of VMS experience with Cobol as well were not of interest.  Go figure...
