Not exactly. The program being executed is called MQPUT. The indication here is that the program is requesting access to sysuaf.dat. I'm not sure at the moment why the program is requesting Execute access, but the access is being denied. The .dat file contains the username/password etc information and is not an executable image.
This is a question for the MQ support team.
