RMS = Record Management System. Basically something pretty close to what
today would be called a NOSQL database. It provides the basic file
operations in VMS. All files are normally accessed using RMS.
TPU = Text Processing Utility (if I remember right). Just a text editor.
The quotes will give you an empty string to search for. Should match
anything, I would think.
