AViiON ("NOVA ii" spelled backwards and sideways) was DG's 1980s hardware line,
originally based on the Motorola 88000 RISC family and later moved onto X86.
The OS was DG/UX to start, with Windows NT on the low-end Intel processor based
units.

The OS used on the older Eclipse/MV family was AOS/V.  AFAIK, this was the IP
which EMC bought DG for.
