What happens if you have a job or process logical (not system) that points
elsewhere?  If it points to another file that you have no privilege to
access, do you get alarms for it?  This will tell you if it's trying to
follow the logical or open the file explicitly.  Further refinements might 
be executive mode logicals or whatever.
