I also have about 22 rx2800 i2s

At least 16 of the 22 of them were running HP-UX
But some were OpenVMS 8.4  THey were lease boxes though so the customer
probably got sticker shock when they saw the buyout price and told the 
lessor to stuff themselves....

Rental for short term is a good idea, but if you don't have to lease, if 
you have a solid app and don't need to change, buying refurb is the way 
to go.
