If that were at all readable, it might help.

Keyspan USA-19hs serial adapter will provide you with serial from the Mac USB.
Connect the Keyspan to the Itanium console port and you'll be in business.  I
use a Keyspan to connect to several serial consoles from the Itanium to Cisco
router consoled.
