[Info-vax] Service/Diagnostic manuals for GS1280?

Does anyone here have electronic copies of the service/diagnostic manuals for the GS1280?  Or know where I might find them?  Google hasn't turned up anything for me, and the HPE website doesn't seem to have anything beyond very basic material.  I have copies of the User, SRM Console, and Upgrade Guides, but hoping there is something available with more technical depth.
