Correct - which was the driver for PowerShell on Windows.
Enterprise operations is a totally different world from Dev and client
side computing.
MS finally figured out that when some companies in the enterprise
space run hundreds/thousands of batch jobs every day, they need a
solid command line capability and solid batch / scheduling system.
Having stated this, MS is still trying to figure out the batch system
capability to handle these types of workloads.
